It’s November! Are you ready for some turkey and stuffing? Everyone knows that the fourth Thursday in November is Thanksgiving Day, but not as many know that the first Thursday in November is National Men Make Dinner Day!

I know there are many men who cook on a regular basis and love to do it. But for those of us who don’t, here’s a quick and easy recipe. More details are described here. Make it for your loved ones to surprise them today as a celebration of National Men Make Dinner Day!

Happy cooking!

A cup smooth Dijon mustard

A cup honey

1 tablespoon olive oil

A teaspoon salt

A teaspoon rosemary

2 pounds chicken thighs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 2 or 3 quart bowl, mix together mustard, honey, olive oil, and salt until smooth. If you like it spicier, you can add a tablespoon or two more mustard. If you like is sweeter, add a tablespoon or two of honey instead.

Place the chicken thighs in a shallow casserole dish (skin side up, if they have skin on). Pour the honey mustard mixture evenly over them.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until a meat thermometer placed in the chicken reads 165 degrees F.

Serve with rice or potatoes. Enjoy!
